KALABURAGI: Two people have been arrested after they pointed a fake gun at a bar owner and attempted to murder him after he questioned them for eating gutka and spitting inside the bar in Kalaburagi. The police have also seized the fake gun from them.
The arrested accused are Syed Jilani and Javed Patel. On July 22, they were eating gutka and spitting in the AC room of Beeralingeshwara Bar & Restaurant in Kalaburagi city. When questioned about this, they assaulted bar owner Sharanu Kapanur, attempted to murder him, threatened him with a fake pistol, and escaped.
The Ashok Nagar Police had registered a case in this regard and have arrested the accused.
