MANGALUURU: The Mangaluru City Crime Branch police have seized Ambergris weighing 900 grams, which is valued at worth Rs 90 lakh and has high demand in the international market.
The CCB police arrested three people who were allegedly trying to sell ambergris at Panambur Beach in Mangaluru. The three accused have been identified as Jayakara (29), a resident of Saligrama in Udupi, Aditya (25), a resident of Sagar in Shivamogga, and Lohit (39), a resident of Shiggaon in Haveri.
