Writer K S Bhagwan has been summoned by a Sagar court.

SHIVAMOGGA: Writer K S Bhagwan has been summoned in person by a court in Sagar on August 30 in connection with his objectionable writings in his work ‘Why Ram Mandir is not needed’.

A private complaint had been filed by Ikkeri Mahabaleshwar on February 7, 2019 alleging that the writing had hurt religious feelings.

After prolonged hearing, the court has now summoned Bhagwan to be personally present before it on August 30.
