VIJAYAPURA: The authorities at the central prison here have seized over 30 gm ganja being supplied to an inmate hidden in pieces of chicken. A case has also been registered against the drug peddler.
Prajwal Lakshman Mabarukhan was trying to sneak in 18 packets of ganja weighing 2 gm each, to jail inmate Sharukh Khan Tegarathippi, concealed in big pieces of chicken.
The narcotic was seized and a case has been registered against Prajwal at Adarsh Nagar police station.
