BEGUSARAI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that Congress and RJD have been betraying the society by making Dalits, deprived, backwards as their shields.

“The RJD-Congress people, to justify their nepotism and corruption, make Dalits, deprived, backwards as shields. This is not social justice, but a betrayal of society. This is not social justice, it is a betrayal of society. Otherwise, what is the reason that only one family is empowered? And the rest of the society’s families were left behind? The country has also seen how the land of the youth was grabbed in the name of jobs for one family here,” he said while slamming parties for following the tradition of dynastic politics.

The Prime Minister inaugurated, dedicated and laid the foundation stone of various projects in Begusarai, Bihar.

Addressing a public rally here, PM Modi said, “Bihar has seen the loss of nepotism for decades and has suffered the sting of nepotism. Family dynasties and social justice are diametrically opposed to each other.”

Launching a veiled attack on the RJD party, PM Modi said that Bihar knows how, before 2014, railway resources were looted.

“The whole of Bihar knows how railway resources were looted in the name of railways in the 10 years before 2014. But today, the modernization of Indian railways is being discussed all over the world. Indian Railways is being electrified rapidly,” he said.

After inaugurating the projects, the Prime Minister said that such events used to happen in Delhi’s Vigyan Bhawan but today it has been brought to Begusarai.

“Earlier, such events used to happen in Delhi’s Vigyan Bhawan, but today Modi has brought Delhi to Begusarai. Around Rs 30,000 crore projects are only for Bihar,” he said.

“Today, the foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs 1 lakh 60 thousand crore for the entire country, including Bihar, has been laid and inaugurated from here. Such a huge investment by the government in a single program shows how much India’s potential is growing. This will create many new job opportunities for the youth of Bihar here,” PM Modi added.

He reiterated the “400-seat pitch” during his address and said that these projects will become a medium to make India the third-largest economic superpower in the world.

“These projects of today will become a medium to make India the third-largest economic superpower in the world. These projects of today will pave the way for convenience and prosperity in Bihar. It is such work, due to which today the country is saying with full confidence–this time… 400 crossed,” the Prime Minister said.

He said that history has witnessed that the conditions in Bihar have a direct impact on the country too.

“History has witnessed that whenever Bihar and Eastern India have been prosperous, India has also been strong. When the conditions worsened in Bihar, it had a very bad impact on the country too. That’s why I say to the people of entire Bihar from Begusarai: If Bihar develops, the country will also develop. This is not a promise; it is a mission, a resolution,” PM Modi said.

Recalling Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur’s legacy, the Prime Minister said that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government, under the leadership of CM Nitish Kumar, is carrying forward this legacy here.

“This is Bihar, which has a rich legacy of Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur ji. The NDA government, under the leadership of Nitish ji, is carrying forward this legacy here,” he said.

“True social justice comes from saturation. True social justice comes from satisfaction, not appeasement. Modi believes in this kind of social justice and this kind of secularism,” he added.

Highlighting the fertiliser factories of Barauni, Sindri, Gorakhpur, and Ramagundam, PM Modi said, “Due to the indifference of the old governments, the fertiliser factories of Barauni, Sindri, Gorakhpur, and Ramagundam were closed. Today, all these factories are becoming the pride of India’s self-reliance on urea. That’s why the country says Modi’s guarantee means guarantee of fulfilment.”

“True social justice comes from saturation. True social justice comes not from appeasement but from satisfaction. Modi believes in this social justice, such secularism. When free ration reaches every beneficiary, when every poor beneficiary gets a pucca house, when every sister gets gas, water tap, toilet in the house, when even the poorest of the poor get good and free treatment, when the Samman Nidhi comes in the bank account of every farmer beneficiary, then saturation occurs. And this is true, social justice. In the last 10 years, the families to which Modi’s guarantee has reached, the most Dalit, backward and extremely backward are my family,” PM Modi asserted.

He said that the NDA government of Bihar is also working relentlessly for the youth, farmers, workers and women of Bihar.(ANI)
