BENGALURU: A woman has filed an complaint with the HSR Layout police against the owner of Dr Heal Hospital at AECS Layout in the city, alleging sexual harassment.
The victim, who worked as an accountant at the hospital, claimed that Dr Rakesh Jayaprakash made inappropriate comments, sent her messages like “miss you”, and called her with inappropriate intentions. When her husband found out, he confronted her, leading to a tough situation, and she eventually quit her job.
The HSR Layout police have registered a case under sexual harassment charges and issued a notice to Dr Rakesh for questioning. He claimed he is currently out of state and has requested time to appear for inquiry.
