VIJAYAPURA: Two men on a motorcycle died after a truck ran over them in the town on Wednesday night. The two died instantly as the truck ran over their heads.
The motorcyclists were said to be attempting to overtake the truck when they came under its rear wheels. The duo are said to be residents of Hanchinala tanda in the taluk.
The traffic police visited the spot, but the identity of the deceased was yet to be established as the faces were crushed beyond recognition.
