Thieves uproot ATM using goods auto, make away with lakhs

KOLAR: Thieves uprooted an ATM from a Canara Bank branch and made away with it at Chikkathirupati in Malur taluk on Tuesday night.

The thieves pulled out the ATM using a goods autorickshaw and made away with Rs 15-20 lakh that was filled in the machine. The Malur police visited the spot and are on the lookout for the culprits.
