VAISHALI (Bihar): Two men were killed by the police after they shot dead police personnel in Bihar’s Vaishali district on Monday, an official said.
“We have brought the bodies of two people, who are accused of shooting one of our personnel, for post-mortem. Both were killed in police firing while they were trying to escape from custody,” Om Prakash, SDPO, Vaishali said.
The two accused, involved in the police murder case, were killed in police firing when they tried to escape from police custody while being moved, police added. Further investigation is under way. (ANI)
