BENGALURU: The state’s internal security division (ISD) has reported that the 19-year-old Pakistani girl who entered India illegally, was not a spy and had come to the city for love and had no other specific intention.
In the report, it stated that Pakistani girl Iqra Jeewani (19) and Mulayam Singh Yadav (26) have no criminal backgrounds and have no other intentions. The report, which cleared Iqra Jeewani, has backed her claim that she left her home country Pakistan for love and to marry Mulayam Singh Yadav.
Earlier, Mulayam Singh Yadav met Iqra Jeewani on a mobile gaming application, and they fell in love playing online Ludo. When they decided to get married, he booked flight tickets for her from Karachi to Dubai and then to Kathmandu. They got married in Nepal and last September, crossed the border and came to Patna. From there, they travelled by train to Bengaluru and started living in Bellandur police limits. The police had later arrested them.
The police and FRRO officials have started the process to deport her and the police investigation has revealed that there is no official document or photo of their marriage.
