Man cheats people lakhs of rupees by promising jobs in court

KOPPAL: A cheating case has been registered against a man, who has allegedly cheated several people to the tuen of lakhs of rupees by promising them jobs in the court. The accused, identified as Siddalingaiah Hiremath, has allegedly cheated several people by promising them jobs in the court.

He made job aspirants believe they were getting computer operator and peon posts in the court, collecting Rs 7 lakh each from them. He also gave them fake appointment letters with forged signatures of judges.

It is alleged that he was involved in similar crimes in various parts of the state. Abdul Razak from Bengaluru has filed a case against Siddalingaiah with the Central Crime Branch (CCB) police station.
