History-sheeter murdered by rivals soon after release from Parappana Agrahara central jail

A history sheeter Siddapur Mahesh hacked to death by rival gang as he released from the Prappana Agrahar jail on bail.

BENGALURU: A history-sheeter was hacked to death in the middle of the road by a rival gang just as he was released on bail from the Parappana Agrahara Central jail Bengaluru on Friday evening.

The history-sheeter, Siddapur Mahesh, was involved in many cases, including murder, attempt to murder, and supari cases. Mahesh, who was in jail in a murder case, got bail on Friday night. Rowdy Wilson Garden Naga, double-metre Mohan, Siddapura Sunil and gang attacked Mahesh suddenly with lethal weapons while he was going home in a car from jail.

Mahesh was at the Parappana Agrahara Central Jail even around 9.20 pm. He reached the Hosur Road signal at 9.45 pm. At this time, a gang of six or seven people, suddenly came across Mahesh’s car and attacked him. Mahesh got out of the car and tried to run, but they chased him for about a hundred metres and killed him in the middle of the road.

Rowdy Wilson Garden Naga’s friend Madan alias Piteel was hacked to death by Siddapur Mahesh and his gang near Banashankari Temple in 2021. As revenge, Naga had planned to finish off Mahesh. It is said that Mahesh had planned to eliminate Naga as well.

After his release from the Ballari jail in June, Mahesh had got married to his girlfriend. Later, he went back to Parappana Agrahara central jail in an old case after coming to know about the threat to his life from Naga.

When Mahesh was killed, his wife was coming behind the car on a scooter. His mother had cooked mutton chops, which was his favourite. Meanwhile, she got a call that he had been murdered.

A case has been registered in this regard at Parappana Agrahara police station, and police are on the lookout for the gang.
