MYSURU: An 85-year-old man suffered a heatstroke at Nalluru Palya in Hunsur taluk and was discharged from hospital on on Saturday. This was the first such case reported in the state this summer season.
The elderly man suffered heatstroke on April 4, and was then referred to the government hospital at Hunsur after preliminary treatment at the Primary Health Centre. He has since recovered and was discharged from hospital.
