The allotments were made to real estate businessmand N Manjunath during the time of G T Dinesh Kumar as MUDA chairman and the sites were even registered in just five days.

The sites were allotted to Manjunath under an ‘assistance scheme’, but the documents do not mention where he had lost land. The document show that he had only paid a service fee of Rs 600 instead of Rs 5 lakh. The transactions have resulted in a loss of Rs 97 lakh per site to the government.
