MANDYA: A KSRTC bus got stuck in a trench dug up for the Jal Jeevan Mission at Manikanahalli in KR Pet taluk on Wednesday evening. The bus was on its way from KR Pet to Manikanahalli when the incident occurred.
With the bus stuck in the trench, other vehicles could also not ply. The villagers then got an excavator to extricate the bus out of the trench. They also blamed the unscientific work carried out under the Jal Jeevan mission for the mishap.
