BELAGAVI: A youth fell on burning coal while walking over it as part of Muharram rituals at Ko Shivapura village in Saundatti taluk on Tuesday. He, however, managed to get back on his feet and crossed the coal pit.
Elsewhere, in Tallur village, a couple of youths were spotted throwing burning coal on those gathered around even as they were running across the coal pit. The incident was captured on mobile phones.
Luckily, no one was seriously injured in the incident.
