BENGALURU: An FIR has been registered against Bengaluru resident Padmanabha a.k.a Paddu at the Kamakshipalya police station in Bengaluru for allegedly abusing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Home Minister Parameshwara.
Padmanabha is accused of using abusive language against the CM and Home Minister, referring to the stone pelting on Udayagiri police station in Mysuru. He was also accused of making inflammatory statements inciting communal riots, attempting to incite hatred, attempting to spoil harmony and inciting enmity between religions.
The police are investigating the matter after a video of Padmanabha’s alleged insults went viral on social media.
