15-year-old boy killed over trivial reason

VIJAYAPURA:  A 15-year-old body was killed over a trivial reason near Jamia Masjid in Vijayapura City on Friday. The incident took place in Gol Gumbaz police station limits.

The deceased has been identified as Farid Honavada while the accused is Rahul Bellubbi. An argument ensued between the two and Rahul assaulted Farid, leading to his death. The accused has been taken into police custody.
