BENGALURU: The narcotics wings of the Central Crime Branch (CCB) police has arrested 10 drug peddlers, including eight foreign nationals, and seized Rs 5.5 crore worth of drugs from them.
The accused were arrested in connection with eight cases for peddling drugs in Soladevanahalli, Kadugodi, KR Pura, HSR Layout, Whitefield and Banaswadi police limits. The police have seized 3.806 gm of MDMA crystals, 50 gm of cocaine, 25 Ecstacy pills, 50 LSD strips, 5,1 gm of ganja, a car, three motorcycles and nine mobile phones from them.
The accused had got into the drug trade to make quick money and were selling it to known customers, college students, and IT professionals. Cases had been registered against them at different police stations across the city.
