KOLAR: Agriculture Minister N Cheluvarayaswamy bowed before a progressive farmer who has achieved great success in farming in the district. The minister, who visited Kolar two days ago, visited farm lands and examined the drought-like situation.
Cheluvarayaswamy also met progressive farmer Rajanna at Krishnapura village, who has grown many crops including capsicum and tomatoes, on Saturday. The minister bowed before the farmer on seeing his scientific farming method and his success story in agriculture.
A video of the interaction between the minister and the farmer has now gone viral, and the minister’s encouragement to the farmers and his interaction has come in for appreciation.
