BIDAR: A woman Home Guard was murdered by her own brother-in-law, who slit her throat, over a domestic dispute at Tripurant in Basavalakyan town on Thursday.
Sangeetha Sridhar Kange (35) was murdered by her husband’s elder brother, who was in an inebriated state, after a dispute when no one was at home. The brother-in-law, who is a civic worker. The Basavakalyan Town police have registered a case and taken up further investigation.
In another incident on Tuesday, a man was bludgeoned to death with a stone over a financial dispute.
