KOLAR: A woman was found bludgeoned to death with a stone at Nagashettyhalli village in KGF taluk on Tuesday. The deceased was identified sa Manjula (28). It is also suspected that she may have been raped.
Manjula was a resident of Aipalli village in KGF taluk. The Bethamangala police visited the spot where the body was found and shifted it to the government hospital in KGF for post-mortem examination.
Police Superintendent Shantaraju, who also visited the spot, said a special team has been formed to nab the accused. A case has been registered at the Bethamangala police station.
