VIJAYAPURA: A woman thrashed a car driver with her footwear for drunk and reckless driving. The incident took place on Thursday night on Station Road in Vijayapura city.
The car collided with two autorickshaws and a bike due to reckless driving and one of the autorickshaws even overturned. The woman who thrashed the car driver was in that autorickshaw. She hit him with her footwear for irresponsible behaviour and drunk driving. The people who were in the other auto and the bike also sustained minor injuries.
A video of the woman beating the car driver has since gone viral. The car driver has been taken into custody by the police. The incident took place under the jurisdiction of the Vijayapura traffic police station.
