BENGALURU: A major fire broke out at a godown for used washing machines and refrigerators at Rampura near Mahadevapura on the outskirts of the city on Friday.
Three fire tenders were rushed to the spot to put out the blaze. Thousands of washing machines worth lakhs of rupees were destroyed in the fire.
An old building was being used as a godown and the cause of the fire was not immediately known.
