CHAMARAJANAGAR: Goods vehicles are allegedly being allowed to pass without checking by paying bribes at the Moolehole forest checkpost on the Karnataka-Kerala border in Bandipur.
In a viral video, an unidentified man can be seen collecting money from the driver of a goods vehicle and passing through the checkpost without any checks. The check post is manned by the police and Forest Department.
Citizens have demanded appropriate action against the staff and an end to such corrupt practices.
