BENGALURU: The SM Krishna corridor, connecting Kadabagere Cross on Magadi Road to the Challaghatta Metro Station on Mysuru Road, which was inaugurated just 15 days ago, is now turning into a ‘death trap’. Deadly wrong-way driving visuals have been captured on Public TV cameras.

On the 10-lane highway built at a cost of several crores, wrong-way traffic by riders is becoming a threat to lives. On the 11-km road connecting Kadabagere to Challaghatta, riders are violating rules and driving in the wrong direction at entry and exit points.

In a hurry to reach service roads, vehicles are driving straight into the highway in the wrong direction, also endangering the lives of riders who are following the rules.

On the highway that was inaugurated just 15 days ago, bikes, cars, lorries, and trucks are all breaking rules and plying. With no measures in place to curb this, vehicles are openly driving the wrong way and putting lives at risk.
