CHIKKAMAGALURU: A farmer was forced to destroy his entire onion crop due to poor yield in Ajjampura town.
Manjunath, the farmer, had sown onion on his five acres of land and had spent around Rs. 3-4 lakhs expecting a good yield.
However, the onion crop was completely destroyed in the rain, and the farmer was upset that the yield was not good. He crushed the entire crop on five acres by driving his tractor on it.
