CHAMARAJANAGAR: A private school in Gundlupet has stirred a controversy by taking tiny tots to a dargah and masjid on the pretext of a field trip.
In view of Bakrid, teachers of the Young Scholars School had taken UKG children to a dargah and masjid in Terakanambi where the children offered prayers and were also given sermons by religious leaders.
After pictures of the field trip were posted on social media, Hindu groups have taken umbrage and demanded action against the school management.
