KARWAR: Three people were severely injured when a car collided with a lorry at Shirur in Ankola taluk. The injured persons were immediately shifted to KIMS, Karwar.

The car was heading from Kundapur to Vijayapura whereas the lorry was heading towards Ankola from Kumta.
A case has been registered at Ankola police station.
