Three more arrested in Mangaluru for consuming, peddling cannabis

MANGALURU: The city police have arrested three more people, including a fruit shop worker and students, for consuming and peddling cannabis on Thursday.

The accused have been identified as Mohammed Afsar, Adhun Dev and Dr Harsha Kumar. The police also informed  that FIRs have been filed against many students of prestigious institutions in the city.

Three were arrested in Mangaluru for consuming and peddling cannabis.

Earlier, the police had arrested Indian-origin UK citizen Neel Kishorilal Ramji Sha for drug peddling and after questioning him, they arrested the nine others. On January 11, the police seized 2 kg of cannabis and one pistol.
