BENGALURU: The Lokayukta officials conducted simultaneous raids at 62 locations against 15 government officials on Wednesday over allegations of possessing disproportionate assets.
The officials conducted searches at locations in Bengaluru, Kolar, Tumakuru, Ramanagara, Chikkaballapur, Chikkamagaluru, Kalaburagi, Raichur, Bagalkot and Vijayapura including government offices and residences.
The Lokayukta officials raided the houses of K R Puram tahsildar Ajith Rai, Bagalkot joint director of Agriculture Chetana Patil, Bilagi assistant director of Agriculture Krishna Shirur, Vijayapur PWD department JE Bhimanagouda Biradar, Belagavi Hescom Engineer Shekhar Bahurupi, Gouribidanur excise inspector Ramesh, Chikkamagalur construction centre project manager Gangadhar, town planning officer of Kalaburagi, Sharanappa, Kodandaramaiah of Cradle, AEE of Kolar, Abdul Basheer of Drinking Water and Sanitation Department of Kushalanagar, Director of Agriculture Department of Tumakuru, K H Ravi, and PWD AEE of Yadgir, Vishwanath Reddy.

Ajit Rai, KR Puram Tahsildar: Cash of Rs 40 lakh, property worth Rs 1.90 crore.
Chetana Patil, Agricultural Officer, Bagalkot: Cash of Rs 32 lakhs, property worth Rs 1.45 crore property, two Star Tortoises.
Ravi K H, Agriculture Officer, Tumakuru: Total value of property: Rs 4.27 crore.
Gangadhar, Nirmithi Kendra, Chikkamagaluru: Property worth Rs 3.75 crore.
Shekhar Bahurupi, Gescom EE, Hagaribommanahalli: Rs 3 Crore worth of property.
Abdul Basheer, Irrigation Department FDA, Madikeri: Rs. 1.14 crore of property including Rs 14 lakh cash.
Sharanappa, Member Secretary, Town Planning, Sindhanur: Rs. 2.03 crore worth of property including Rs 14 lakh in cash.
Prakash, PWD AEE, Raichur: Property worth Rs 2.71 crore.
Ramesh, Excise Inspector, Gauribidanur: Property worth Rs 2.44 crore.
Kodandaramaiah, Assistant Engineer, KRIDL, Tumakuru: Property worth Rs 2.47 crore.
