CHAMARAJANAGR: A teacher died after accidentally falling from the second floor while playing Oonjal (swing seat) in Kollegala. The deceased has been identified as Putti of GP Mallappapuram Layout.
She was admitted to the Kollegala hospital immediately after falling from the swing and later shifted to a hospital in Mysuru for further treatment. But, she succumbed to injuries after two days of treatment. She was working at Mamballi school in Yelandur taluk. A case has been registered in this regard at Kollegal Town police station.
