BENGALURU: The special investigation team (SIT) has issued a notice to the woman friend of Prajwal Revanna, who is the accused in the obscene video case, for helping him hide while he was abroad.
Prajwal Revanna fled abroad soon after the obscene videos came to light. Earlier, it was believed that he went to Frankfurt in Germany and later to Dubai in the UAE. He was in Germany for about 34 days and remained incommunicado . It has come to light that his girlfriend helped him stay under the radar.
The SIT officials have now issued a notice to Prajwal’s woman friend asking her to provide information regarding the case. The police have procured some evidence which establish that woman friend helped Prajwal while he was abroad.
