In a video message on Twitter, Rishab Shetty said that after the ‘Kantara’ project, he had spent some time meeting people living on the edges of forests and also interacted with Forest Department staff to understand their problems.
“Be it the man-elephant conflict or the shortage of staff with the Forest Department, especially since this is the season of forest fires, I listed 20 issues and presented it to Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai. He has responded very positively and assured that he will take steps to resolve the issues soon. We are grateful that we have a CM who responds to the smallest of issues”, Rishab Shetty said.
