Pushcart vendor creates ruckus when asked to move by traffic cop, refuses to budge

The pushcart vendor refused to budge despite being asked to do so by a traffic policeman.

SHIVAMOGGA: A pushcart vendor created a ruckus after the traffic police asked him to move his cart which he had placed on road as it was affecting movement of traffic, on Friday.

The Muslim youth was selling grapes with his pushcart parked by the side of a road at Gandhi Bazaar here. When the traffic police directed him to move his cart as traffic flow was being affected, the youth refused to do so and abused the traffic policeman.

The incident was caught on mobile phone and the video has since gone viral on social media. The traffic policeman was seen communicating with his seniors on the walkie talkie, but it was not known whether any action was taken against the pushcart vendor.
