BENGALURU: The police investigation into the death of an air hostess has revealed that her boyfriend pushed her to death during an argument from the apartment building.

The deceased has been identified as Archana Dhiman (28), hailing from Himachal Pradesh, and the accused is Adesh, a software engineer who hails from Kerala. Three years ago, they met through Facebook and later got into a relationship.

Archana Dhiman (28) and Adesh were in a relationship.

For the past three months, Adesh had planned to break up with Archana. She flew down to Bengaluru from Dubai to meet Adesh at his house in Koramangala 8th Block. On March 10, he took her to the city’s popular pubs and restaurants and they both went to watch a movie at Forum Mall. In the night, they had an argument over marriage. During the fight, Adesh pushed her back and she fell from the fourth floor of the apartment and died on the spot.

A case of murder was registered at the Koramangala police station after Archana’s father filed a complaint against Adesh, alleging that he pushed her from the multi-storey building and killed her. The police had detained him and during investigation, he revealed everything. Further investigation is under way.
