KALABURAGI: The principal and a computer operator at a residential school at Kunchavaram in Chincholi taluk have been arrested following complaints of sexual harassment of high school girls. The residential school in run by the state Social Welfare Department.
The two have been accused of touching high schools girls inappropriately and sexually harassing them. Following complaints from two of the girls, their parents arrived at the school and thrashed the computer operator on late on Monday evening.
The parents of the girls also sat on protest demanding strict action against the principal and the computer operator. A case was registered at the Kunchavaram police station and the two have been arrested.
