TUMAKURU: Health Minister Dinesh Gundurao has alleged that the BJP and JD(S) are involved in a conspiracy against the state government.
Speaking to reporters in Tumakuru on Tuesday, he said that Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar is well aware of confidential operations going on in Singapore and that he would everything himself.
“No matter what the opposition parties do, it won’t work. Our party MLAs are united and we will rule for five years. The government is not worried”, he added.
On a letter purportedly written to the CM by an MLA, he said “I am not aware of the fact that some MLAs are upset with the ministers and have written to the Chief Minister. He clarified saying, “The is no such animosity between MLAs and ministers”.
Lashing out at the BJP, Dinesh Gundurao said, “During Covid, there had been some irregularities in the purchase of medicines and equipment. It has been decided to investigate all the irregularities in the Health Department. The Public Accounts Committee identified the malpractices and, if an investigation is conducted into them, how is it hate politics? he questioned.
