Passenger from Bangkok held at KIA with 816 gm of gold paste

BENGALURU: Customs officials at the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) have arrested a passenger who was carrying 816 gm of gold, in the form of paste, worth lakhs of rupees.

The passenger, who arrived from Bangkok, was detained after his hand luggage was checked and the gold was found. Further investigation is on.
