NEW DELHI: Reliance Industries chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani and his son, Akash Ambani, chairman of Reliance Jio, visited the Somnath Mahadev temple on the occasion of Mahashivaratri. They were welcomed by P K Lahiri, chairman of the temple trust, and secretary Yogendrabhai Desai. Mukesh Ambani also donated Rs 1.51 crore to the Somnath temple trust.
Mukesh Ambani and Akash Ambani offered prayers and ‘abhishek’. The temple priest offered sandal paste and a stole to the industrialist and his son as mark of respect. (ANI/Mediawire)
