BENGALURU: A model and actress has accused a Rapido taxi driver of sexual assault and even named the company in her complaint with the police.
Sujitha Sundar, in her complaint with the Hennur police, has alleged that after work, she had booked a Rapido taxi from Jakkur to Babusapalya to return home, when Manjunath Thippeswamy, the driver of the taxi (KA 51 H 5965) sexually assaulted her on the way.
In her complaint, she has mentioned both the taxi driver and the aggregator. The Hennur police have registered a case.
