CHAMARAJANAGAR: A mass Surya Namaskara event was organised by the Sri Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samiti here on Saturday on the occasion of Ratha Sapthami.
Over 1,000 Yoga enthusiasts, teachers and students took part in the event held at the Seva Bharati College grounds here. The importance of Yoga in mental and spiritual welfare was also stressed on the occasion.
