BENGALURU: A man was arrested by city police for blackmailing several women with initimate videos on Tuesday.
The accused has been identified as Mahantesh. He called several women and said he had intimate videos and would post them on social media and demanded money.
Mahantesh called a woman, saying he had her intimate videos and would post them on social media. He demanded Rs 30 lakh from her not to do so. The woman filed a complaint with the North East Cyber Crime police station.
A case was registered and the police have arrested the accused. During the investigation, it has come to light that many women have been cheated by him.
