CHIKKAMAGALUR: Three people had a lucky escape after the car in which they were travelling suddenly caught fire on the bypass road here on Friday.
The Bengaluru registered Nissan Terrano SUV had been taken out on a test drive from an automobile consultant. On spotting the fire, the occupants quickly got out and escaped.
The Fire and Emergency Services personnel immediately arrived on the scene and put out the fire.
