BENGALURU: For the first time, Yoga Day was celebrated at the Karnataka High Court premises on Tuesday. The event was organised by the high court, Karnataka State Legal Services Authority and the Advocates’ Association.
The theme of the event was ‘Yoga for Humanity’. Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi, other judges including Justices Alok Aradhe, Narendar, P S Dinesh Kumar, KSLSA chairman Justice Veerappa took part.
Yoga Day celebration were at all court premises in the state. In Bengaluru, the event was held at the Mayo Hall courts on MG Road. Judges, lawyers and judicial staff took part in the event organised on the theme ‘Our focus, our duty’.
