MANDYA: A KSRTC bus ploughed into a sugarcane field after the steering wheel got jammed in Pandavapura taluk on Monday. Luckily, none of the passengers were injured in the incident.
The bus was on its way from Mandya to Pandavapura when the incident occurred near Kanaganamaradi Gate. The driver lost control and the bus went off the road and entered a sugarcane field. Due to the driver’s presence of mind, a major mishap was averted.
