MANGALURU: Intelligence agencies have tracked a satellite phone active near the Karnataka-Kerala border near Kasargod-Swarga-Panaje, ringing alarm bells. The Special Branch of the Kerala police are now trying to locate the phone.
This has given rise to concern as a satellite phone was active in Dakshina Kannada district sometime before the cooker blast occurred in a moving autorickshaw.
