BENGALURU: A home-alone woman was brutally murdered at Muniyappa Layout in Hongasandra, under Bommanahalli police station limits on Sunday night. The victim was identified as Krishna Barman (40), originally from North India.
The woman was living alone in a small room in Muniyappa Layout and working as a cook. She is suspected to have been strangled to death by someone known to her. Bommanahalli police visited spot and have taken up further investigation after registering a case.
