SHIVAMOGGA: A guest guest teacher at the junior primary school at Kiruvase village in Sagar taluk under Tumari Gram Panchayat limits mercilessly assaulted three students, causing bruises and bleeding, as they scored less marks in exam.
Guest teacher Rakshita was reportedly with three children of 2nd, 3rd and 4th standards, and hit them with a stick causing bruises and bleeding. The parents were shocked after seeing wounds on children’s backs when they returned home. The inhumane act of the teacher came to light when the children were questioned.
The parents got the three children treated at the Tumari Primary Health Centre and expressed outrage over the act of guest teacher. On Thursday night, a discussion was held between the guest teacher, and parents and other villagers and Rakshita apologized to the parents. The incident occurred Kargal police station limits.
