BENGALURU: About 40 models from other countries, who were present at the star hotel where a rave party was held recently, have been served notices by the city police. While some of their visas have expired, the police also suspect the activities of a few of the models.

The rave party was held at The Park hotel in Halasur and the police are still clueless how top models and celebrities were in attendance. The police are also unclear about the source of the drugs.

They had recovered about 150 gm of narcotic substances and are going through the guest list to identify who may have brought the drugs to the party. Despite going through CCTV footage, they have not been able to identify who threw the drugs in the dustbin.

The Halasur police, who have issued notices to about 40 models and celebrities, have given them a week’s time to appear before them.

The police suspect that the models may be involved in the drug racket and are probing all angles.
